Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the official portfolio of Nazmus Saqib. By accessing this website or hiring my services, you agree to follow the terms outlined below. My goal is to provide high-quality creative solutions while maintaining a transparent professional relationship.
1. Services Offered
I provide professional services in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, and WordPress Development. Each project is governed by a specific proposal or contract that outlines the scope of work, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Payments and Deposits
- Project Kickoff: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.
- Final Delivery: Remaining payments must be cleared before the final high-resolution files are handed over or before a WordPress site goes live.
- Late Fees: Delayed payments may result in a temporary pause on project milestones.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- Design Assets: Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved designs. However, I retain the right to showcase the work in my professional portfolio and marketing materials.
- Drafts and Concepts: Any unused concepts or preliminary sketches remain my property.
- WordPress & Plugins: Clients are responsible for maintaining any third-party licenses (themes/plugins) required for their website’s long-term operation.
4. Client Responsibilities
To hit our deadlines, I need your help! This includes:
- Providing clear briefs and feedback in a timely manner.
- Supplying necessary assets (logos, high-res images, text content).
- Final proofreading—while I strive for perfection, the final sign-off on text and data rests with the client.
5. Revisions and Scope Creep
I want you to love the final product. Most packages include a set number of revision rounds.
- Extra Changes: Requests outside the original project scope will be quoted separately.
- Major Pivots: Changing the entire design direction mid-project may incur additional costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
While I use industry-standard practices for SEO and WordPress security, I cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or 100% immunity from third-party hacking or server downtime once the project is handed over.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that date.
